Baby Room - Baby Roo

I am Anne and am responsible for the under twos unit.  I am mainly based in the 6 place baby room caring for children 6 weeks to 1 year.  I have been with the nursery for nearly 16 years.

In my team are Ellie, Becky, David and Kim.  The ratio of staff to children is 1:3.

We welcome all new babies and love and care for them as closely as possible to your routine.  We provide a separate baby menu and under 6 month menu and all baby wipes, nappies and baby milk is FREE,

We have a variety of activities for the younger children, favourites are our treasure collection, books and musical toys.  We sing and explore different textures through paint, sand, rice, jelly and water.

All babies have a key member of staff whom will form a bond with them and will always be available for you to talk to.  Our team are all qualified and have a first aid certificate.  All 3 of our under two rooms have an outside door leading into the garden which we use very regularly.  We have a telephone in all children's rooms for use in emergencies but you can ring and talk to us to find our how your child is getting on.
