2-3 year olds - Piglet's Room

My name is Sarah and I am the leader of Piglets.  I have been with the nursery for 4 years and have worked my way up from asistant to Senior Nursery Officer.

Within Piglets room there are 3 other members of staff, Charlene and Matthew, both have been with the nursery over 8 years, and Hayley.  We are all level 3 qualified and First Aid trained.

Within Piglets room we provide a variety of activities, these activities are planned for each individual child's needs ensuring they progress throughout the 5 areas of learning: mark making, messy play, construction, small world and physical.  Daily planning is completed to make sure these areas are covered, also each member of staff has their own key children whom they observe and plan for daily.  These observations together with photographs are put into your child's learning journey folder which you are welcome to
view at any time.
